There are numerous hair extension suppliers in China, and it’s not easy to find a good one, especially through the internet. As a salon owner, you’re busy most of the time and don’t have the chance to visit factories in person. Here I’d like to offer a few tips to help you find a good, trustworthy hair extensions supplier.
  1. If time permits, the best approach is certainly to fly to China and visit the factories you like online in person. Currently, China offers visa-free entry to most European countries, so you can visit factories at your leisure. Remember to bring your samples with you—this way, you can sit down face-to-face with factory owners to discuss products, prices and all the details. You can even stay at the factory (the vast majority of factories provide free accommodation for their clients) for about a week until your samples are produced. You can head back home with the samples, or even a small order placed, and you can also go on some short trips in your spare time. This is the perfect arrangement. Be sure to bring your samples—it allows the factory to clearly grasp the quality and specifications you require when making your samples.
  2. If you don’t have time to fly to China for an in-person factory visit, you can choose well-established companies online, such as Diana Hair. Founded in 2007, it has been in this industry for 19 years and is a veteran player in the field. After all, a company that has operated in the industry for a long time must have rich experience and sound business performance; if it were poorly run, it would have gone bankrupt long ago, wouldn’t it? Such companies have the expertise and strength to meet the needs of most customers. Get in touch with their sales staff and ask them for a quote and a sample. It’s worth mentioning that since your communication is only online and you don’t send any samples to the factory, the factory often can’t understand the exact quality you want for the products—especially when you have special quality requirements. For example, our factory once had a Belgian client who required all hair extensions to be sourced from a single donor rather than multiple donors. In such cases, the client can’t even verify if the sample they receive is from a single donor. If you just keep asking the factory to make samples without providing your own, the final products will definitely fail to meet your requirements. It’s best to send a sample to the factory’s sales staff, so the factory’s technicians can accurately understand the quality standard you want.
These are just a few of my suggestions.I will keep update this post.
