How we produce hair?
The production of hair extensions primarily involves the following steps:
- First, we collect the raw materials. We purchase raw remy human hair from hair collectors. Please understand that this is part of an industry chain, and we do not collect raw hair ourselves. It’s similar to how a printing factory doesn’t produce paper.
- The second step involves cleaning and processing. We use shampoo to cleanse the hair and then use combs to remove almost all the short strands, leaving only the long ones.
- Bleaching and dyeing come next. We use our latest organic bleach to lighten the hair to nearly white and then customize the color according to the customer’s order. We can dye in approximately 41 different colors, not including ombre and piano colors.
- Creating hair bundles is the fourth step. Hair bundles are essentially semi-finished products that can be used to produce various hair products. Some customers choose to purchase hair bundles directly because they have their own studios or workshops where they create hair products.
- Making finished products comes next. At this stage, we use the hair bundles to create different hair products.
- Packaging and shipping is the final step. We package the hair products according to the specific requirements of each customer. Some products include the customer’s own branding, while others are packaged in paper boxes or PVC bags. In short, we tailor the packaging to meet the unique needs of our customers.
